My husband and I actually had a three way transaction handled by Mina and Joseph. We were looking to upsize in a very particular neighborhood in Newport Beach. Mina found us the PERFECT home in the gated community we wanted. The house was under construction, and we were able to finish it with our custom touches.

Mina and Joseph “babysat” the final construction process like it was their home. We had a few hiccups at the closing, and Mina took care of everything so that we could move into our beautiful new home.

Mina Maghami acted as our realtor in the sale of our Newport Beach, CA. townhouse. Our property
was located in an older, well establish townhouse complex. As is usually the case with condominium complexes and their Home Owners Associations, the listing, showing, and ultimately sale process is quite complicated. Mina’s work on our behalf was exemplary in the following ways:

Immediately upon retaining Mina as our agent, she went right to work helping us prepare the house for showing. Her recommendations materially improved the look of our property and contributed to its ultimate sale.
She supported the showing of the house in realtor reviews and in showings to the public on a weekly basis and kept it up until the house was sold.
The property was a bit difficult to sell due to its having only two bedrooms which excluded many potential family buyers.
